Josh Villalobos promoted to Corporate Broker at Chase International Property Management in Reno, NV.

We’re pleased to announce that Josh Villalobos has been promoted to the position of Corporate Broker, Property Management at Chase International in Reno, NV.

Josh has been professionally managing property for over eight years, most recently as our Business Development Director. A Reno native, he brings deep insight into the benefits of investing in the region along with a strong referral base, thanks to his many years in the local service industry.

In this new role, Josh will lead the property management division through its next stage of growth.

“We want to create an extraordinary client experience for our owners and tenants,” said Josh. “We thrive on providing the best service possible, caring for our clients’ properties as if they were our own.”

Josh credits his team for the success of the property management division. Each is focused on property management only—they’re not distracted by resale activities.
