We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Mobina Zendeh Del. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Mobina below.
Mobina, appreciate you joining us today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?
I always try to write a hand written note to our clients who have been loyal to us. I think it’s important for people to know that a business relationship is both ways and that we truly appreciate the trust they put in us. At the end, I always ensure people are pleased with the result they got, even if it’s not what they envisioned. I think that is evident in our online reviews and ratings, which make me so proud.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers?
I graduated from SMU business school and then went on to complete law school. For the first five years of my career, I oversaw the Dallas office of a national firm. My husband started this firm in 2008, and I joined in 2010. He oversees our litigation, personal injury, criminal law, and immigration cases. I oversee our social security disability cases. I have been doing disability since 2007 and really enjoy it. I love being able to help those who are truly in need of help. I think both my husband and I do a good job of instilling a “small firm” environment, in that we are involved in all our cases, but manage a growing firm with multiple divisions. I am most proud of the service we provide our clients because I believe we truly care about the outcome.
We’d love to hear about you met your business partner.
My husband and I met in the first semester of law school. We dated all the way through and he proposed after we both passed the bar. I’m proud to say we have truly grown together and have created a firm that makes us both proud.
Can you open up about how you funded your business?
My husband started the firm in 2008. At that time, I was the heading up the Dallas office of a national firm. I continued to work there until 2010 so I could support our firm while it was growing.
