How do you introduce an app which doesn't work?Access has failed us. opting to leave this bank for another serious Bank.Its too expensive to be traveling to town just to access a BS especially for us who work from remote areas,the birth of the app really helped...but now all these Technical issues are making us leave this bank. thank you

This is one of the most pathetic apps. I mean I was hopeful to see improvements after you took over Atlasmara Bank but alas the services have become more pathetic with your coming. You guys and this app are the worst when it comes to banking. You are still in the stone age era...Simply Pathetic!!!
