Would you like to know how Selwood Housing prioritise upgrades in your homes?

Selwood Housings’ long-term maintenance plan means they can manage and carry out required work to keep our homes in good condition. All housing associations must provide homes that meet the decent homes standard with requirements based on age, condition and comfort.

We want your help in discussing how Selwood Housing prioritise their upgrades which includes the replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, boilers and re-roofing and how they communicate this to you.
