Condor cancels Saturday's return sailing from Poole
CONDOR has cancelled Saturday's return sailing to Poole.
The Liberation had been due to depart the port at 9.15am and travel to Guernsey and Jersey, before returning to the UK at 7.25pm. However, due to weather conditions predicted in the English Channel, the sailing has been cancelled.
Affected passengers are advised to contact Condor on 0345 609 1026.
Strong winds also resulted in cancellation of Friday's Condor Rapide service between St Malo, Jersey and Guernsey and delayed Friday's Condor Liberation’s Poole sailing.
At Guernsey harbour the Swan Pool bridge has been removed until further notice due to the forecasted strong winds. The bridge was damaged by high winds last week, but was repaired.
Boat owners wanting to get between their vessels in the Pool and the Crown Pier have the option to use a water taxi service.
